The Chance: Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory obligations.
You'll also partner with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements and provide meaningful financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, journals and accrualsDeliver statutory financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirementsAssist with year-end financial statements and external auditsProvide monthly financial commentary, analysis and reporting insightsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessIdentify, manage and escalation financial risks where appropriateMaintain finance policies, procedures and supporting documentationEnsure accurate financial transactions and cost centre allocationsSupport technical accounting matters and process improvement initiativesAbout YouCA or CPA qualificationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or CommerceExperience within an ASX-listed organisationStrong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB/IFRS)Experience with statutory reporting and listed company governance requirementsExposure to regulatory reporting, ideally APRA, ASIC or AUSTRACPrevious experience within financial services,
