As the weekend Garden Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the running of the store—leading operations, managing staff, and driving sales.
You will be required to collaborate with the weekday manager in regard to stock levels and customer orders and fulfilment of those orders.Key responsibilitiesLead and manage weekend of the Garden CentreDrive retail and trade sales growth through service excellence and strategic decision-makingMonitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer satisfactionMaintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance with workplace policiesEnsure the centre operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company valuesAbout you5+ years' experience managing a landscape supplies yard, nursery or garden centreProven track record in driving retail and trade salesExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong organisational skills with attention to detailExperience with online and in-store sales,
