An exciting opportunity has become available for a Technical Sales Representative to take ownership of an established territory across Cairns, Atherton and Innisfail.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a technical or electrical background, or an ambitious electrical tradesperson looking to take the next step into a customer-facing sales career.About the RoleReporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing your territory by developing strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors and end users, identifying new opportunities and becoming a trusted partner to your customers.You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, build relationships in the market and drive sales growth across an established customer base.This is a highly customer-focused role where your ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities and provide the right technical solution will be key to your success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow the Cairns, Atherton and Innisfail territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, wholesalers and end usersProactively identify and develop new business opportunitiesConduct regular customer visits and understand their changing requirementsPromote technical products and solutions through consultative sellingProvide product advice, demonstrations and customer trainingManage the sales process from chance identification through to completionAchieve agreed sales, revenue and profit targetsMonitor market activity, competitor movements and customer feedbackWork closely with wholesale partners to support stock, merchandising and promotional activityMaintain accurate CRM records and sales forecastsStay up to date with new products, technical developments and industry trendsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is driven,
