Our reputation is built on technical capability, operational discipline and a genuine commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our people.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safety & Compliance Manager to be based at our Head Office in Wangara, Western AustraliaAbout the RoleThe Safety & Compliance Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of SDA's Health, Safety, Environmental, Compliance and Training systems.This role works closely with company leadership, site supervisors and field crews to ensure consistent safety standards, strong regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain SDA's safety, environmental, compliance and training frameworksDevelop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with legislative and company requirementsProvide practical safety leadership and support to management, supervisors and field personnelConduct audits,



inspections, incident investigations and risk assessmentsLiaise with clients to ensure compliance, reporting and alignment with set standardsSupport site leadership through regular field engagementUndertake periodic site visits to support operations and verify complianceAbout YouYou will be able to demonstrate:Proven experience in a senior safety or compliance role (drilling or mining industry experience highly regarded)Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a related disciplineStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in the MS Office SuiteHigh attention to detail with solid planning and time-management abilitiesA proactive, solutions-focused mindset suited to a fast-paced operational environmentAt SDA, Structure, Direction and Accountability define how we operate.
