We provide care and education to children from infancy through to thirteen years of age, in a safe, secure and stimulating environment including:Full time, part time and casual careBefore and after school care3 and 4 year old funded kindergartenCare for children with special needsExcursions and incursionsOver 160 children are currently enrolled at both Centre's.
The Children's Centre is located on Coates Road, Lakes Entrance, and the Gippsland Lakes Early Learning Centre is located on Carpenter St Lakes Entrance.About The RoleAs a key member of the Children's Centre leadership team, the Educational Leader provides pedagogical leadership across the service, driving educational excellence, continuous improvement and evidence-informed practice.




The role works collaboratively with educators, families, leadership and community partners to build educator capability, strengthen outcomes for children and ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive and child-centred educational programs.QualificationsA relevant qualification is mandatory, such as a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood, or Master of Education.Sign on bonusWe Are Currently Offering a Sign On Bonus Of Up To $5,000 Available To New Hires (part-time And Full-time).
