SimProEnsure compliance with all safety and quality standards in conjunction with our HSEQR AdministratorDevelop and maintain client relationshipsLead, mentor, and grow your teamDrive process improvement and division performanceWhat We're Looking For:Must be Australian Citizen to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)A current Plumbing Contractor License Holder is desirable but not required.Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified plumbing supervisor/managerExperience in quoting and tendering, including government submissions favourableStrong understanding of maintenance and construction project deliveryHands-on leadership approach with excellent communication skillsExperience managing apprenticesProficiency with SimPro a bonus but not essential, safety management systems, and digital workflowsCommitment to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalismThis is a rare opportunity to take over a thriving division, backed by systems, support, and a solid project pipeline.
