Casual Construction Labourer (Residential+Commercial)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will vary week to week (from 10 up to full-time hours), depending on project workload, so flexibility is important.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to gain experience in residential and commercial construction. You’ll be working alongside our team across a range of labouring tasks, with opportunities to learn recent skills over time.

Key Responsibilities
Site cleaning and general housekeeping
Structural grout infilling




Assisting with concreting works
Manual excavation and digging
Loading, unloading, and moving materials
Supporting trades and supervisors on site
Maintaining a safe and organised work workplace

About You
Keen to learn and build a career in construction
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
Reliable, punctual, and versatile
Positive attitude and able to work in a team
Takes pride in doing a good job, even on basic tasks
White Card (required) or willingness to obtain
Driver’s licence (required) and reliable transport
