About the role

As a part time Customer Experience Team Member at Northmead Sports Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our hospitality venue. This role offers adaptable work arrangements, with the opportunity to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing
Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests
Assisting with bar operations, handling cash and maintaining stock levels
Ensuring all club areas are well-presented and maintained to our high standards
Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and workplace health and safety regulations
Helping with other ad-hoc duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the club

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service




Knowledge of liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements
Adaptable and adaptable approach to working a variety of shifts
Must have RSA/RCG
