About the role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Team Member to join us at Exeter Bakery. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive experience in our bakery.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Taking customer orders and handling cash and card transactions
Assisting customers with product selection and providing recommendations
Maintaining a clean and organised store workplace
Restocking shelves and display cases as needed
Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a team and independently




Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
