Care Coordinator - Home Care

Role based in Warabrook, NSW

Fixed Term role.

Your main duties will include:
Scheduling client services
Working on, ongoing Support Workers rosters
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders

About you
Scheduling experience
Customer service experience
Experience in a high paced environment
Aged or Home Care knowledge
