N2S Health seeks a community physiotherapist to work in Melbourne providing one-on-one home healthcare.

You will be treating a variety of geriatric, neurological, musculoskeletal and respiratory clients in the home, community, pool or workplace as required.

You will be independent and autonomous out and about seeing clients in the community as well as catching up regularly with our team.

At N2S Health we are dedicated in helping and supporting our physiotherapists to pursue their qualified interest areas and further develop themselves and the team around them.

Part-time - Ideally Monday & Thursday availability of other days

So what do we offer?
Salary - Package is based on a full time salary of 80-109k based on your experience + superannuation.

Professional Development - Funding provided for career development as well as regular in-team PD.
Mentoring & Support - Regular 1:1 mentoring and support provided as required

About You: As well as being a energetic, independent clinician with excellent time management and a passion for providing one-on-one home healthcare, you are required to have:
Bachelor of Physiotherapy - or equivalent
Full Registration with AHPRA
Own Car
Valid Drivers License

You will also need to be willing to obtain the following prior to starting:
Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination
