Lead Bartender

Bar Stelo | Stelo at Pierre’s An exciting prospect exists for an experienced Lead Bartender to join the team at Stelo and take a key role in the continued growth of Bar Stelo. We are looking for a hospitality professional with excellent cocktail and wine knowledge, strong service instincts and the confidence to take ownership of a busy, quality-driven bar.

The Role

This is a hands-on senior position working across Bar Stelo and Stelo at Pierre’s.

You will
Lead service and set strong bar standards
Create and develop seasonal cocktails
Bring excellent wine knowledge to the guest experience
Help manage the beverage offering across two bars
Build genuine relationships with regulars, guests, suppliers and producers
Train and support the wider bar team
Contribute ideas that grow Bar Stelo while staying true to the Stelo brand
Take ownership of presentation, consistency, stock, service and day-to-day bar operations

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded,



reliable and genuinely invested in building a outstanding bar, not simply working behind one.

The Commitment

This is a permanent senior role working a 9-day fortnight, with Saturdays essential. We value work-life balance and currently operate evening service with Sundays closed.
