SAP EWM Consultant - Contract - MelbourneMelbourne, Australia | Posted on 09/08/2026Urgentrequirement of SAP EWM Consultant - Contract - MelbourneRequirementsKey Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules.Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues withinagreed SLAs.Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF framework, and background jobs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for issue resolution.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and minor developments.Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and transport management.Support warehouse users, provide training, and handle user queries.Participate in cutover activities, go-live,



and hypercare support as required.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).
Positive understanding of:o Warehouse structure and master datao Inbound & outbound processeso Internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment)o Physical inventory and cycle countingExperience with RF Framework, Handling Units (HU), Wave Management, and ManifestManagement (if applicable).
Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).
Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers for issue resolution.Familiarity with monitoring tools (/SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, SLG1).
