The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney, as well as la carte dinner menu spotlighting modern and native Australian ingredientsWorking closely with and under the guidance our Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of restaurant service and ensuring all elements are executed smoothly and seamlessly.
