Working closely with the Beverage Director and leadership team, you will help curate one of Sydney's most exciting Italian wine collections while mentoring the next generation of sommeliers.What We're Looking ForFull Australian working rightsCurrent NSW RSA CertificateMinimum 3 years' experience in a premium restaurant or fine dining environmentExtensive knowledge of Italian, French and Australian winesStrong understanding of food and wine pairingExperience managing wine inventory and COGSExcellent spoken English and communication skillsA genuine passion for hospitality, education and guest experienceYour Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional wine service across the precinctCollaborate with the Beverage Director on wine list development, sales mix and beverage strategyManage wine inventory, ordering and stock controlMonitor beverage costs and inventory performanceTrain,
