Located in the eastern region, Monash is a cosmopolitan and culturally diverse city, close to the demographic centre of Melbourne.The Property & City Design Branch supports the management and development of Council's property portfolio.
The Property Team coordinates leasing, licensing, acquisitions, disposals and other property transactions while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes.About the PositionThe Property Support Officer provides administrative and operational support for property transactions, projects and portfolio management activities.
You will maintain property records and registers, coordinate workflows, respond to routine enquiries and assist Property Officers with documentation, reporting and transaction milestones.Skills and ExperienceExperience in an administrative or support role, preferably in property, local government or a similar environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, manage routine tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keepingGood written and verbal communication skills, with a professional customer service approachAbility to follow established processes,
