Training Coordinator| Wingfield, SA |Permanent Full - TimeWe are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our client's team on a permanent, full-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesTo develop and maintain workplace training systemsAssist with the induction process and delivery of Mandatory Training documentsFiling of Training information into staff files and entering data to Training MatrixPrepare and review Task Instructions when changes occurAssist On the Job Coaches in the assessment of employees against Task instructions to achive compentenciesAssist On the Job Coaches/Supervisors in the coordination of training of staff on new Task instructions or when changes occurLiaise with all Supervisors to facilitate trainees for group training sessionMonitor existing staff with maintaining up to date training requirements as per relevant task instructionsAssist in the Environmental and WHS Compliance Training as well as maintaining their training recordsTo assist Quality Department in outlay of Quality and HACCP training annuallyEnsure that HACCP standards and quality procedures are adhered to and outlay training when requiredPositively supports business strategy and improvement through implementation of new policies and proceduresAbout YouCertificate IV Training and AssessingPrevious experience intraining coordination, learning and development, HR or similar role.Strongorganisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong administrative capacityExperience using learning management systems or training databases is desirableThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat's On OfferPermanent, full-time employmentCompetetive salary packageSupportive and collaborative team culture.If you're an organised, people-focused qualified with passion for learning and development looking for next permanent opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
