Little Gordon Café is looking for a passionate, hands-on Café Manager to take ownership of day-to-day café operation and help build the next chapter of Little Gordon.
Located within Little Gordon House in Melbourne's CBD, the café serves a mix of accommodation guests, city workers, locals and visitors with a focus on outstanding coffee, quality food, genuine hospitality and creating the kind of neighbourhood café people want to return to.
Reporting to the General Manager of Little Gordon House, you will be responsible for leading the café operation and contributing to its commercial performance.Key responsibilitiesLead the day-to-day café operation and teamDeliver consistently excellent coffee, food and serviceRoster and manage labour efficientlyOrder, manage stock and control wasteMaintain presentation,
