$160,000 – $220,000 + Super, dependent on experience The Prospect A highly regarded project management consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with genuine client side experience to join their Sydney team. You'll have ownership of projects, while taking the next step in your career, working across a diverse and consistently high quality portfolio.

The portfolio spans
Luxury residential and multi residential
Commercial and workplace
Retail and tenancy
Hotels and hospitality
Education and institutional
Aged care and seniors living
Industrial
Heritage and refurbishment
Capital works and asset upgrades

You'll be involved from early feasibility and planning through design, approvals, procurement, tendering, construction and handover, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors at every stage.

About You
5+ years of solid Project Management experience
Genuine client side experience,



this isn't a fit for candidates who have only worked PM roles on the construction/contractor side
A track record across multiple stages of the project lifecycle, not just one phase
Confident managing consultants, contractors and clients directly
Comfortable across design, procurement, tendering, contracts, cost and programme
Able to run projects autonomously and take genuine ownership of outcomes
Commercially minded, with sharp attention to detail
