We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Client Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day client communication and deliver an exceptional client experience
Coordinate workflows between our offshore team and onshore accountants
Manage deadlines, compliance calendars and deliverables
Lead client and advisory meetings
Build solid, trusted relationships with business owners across a diverse client portfolio

What We're Looking For
Experience in a similar client management role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, with robust ownership of deadlines and priorities
A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through
Confidence leading client and advisory meetings
