You will be responsible for:Supporting Franchise Partners across stores in Victoria, including regional stores to drive sales and engage with our brand, products, display, presentation and customers dailyPartnering with our Franchise Partners to execute the individual business strategiesSupporting New Store Openings as part of our growing networkCompleting store audits, providing industry leading coaching and training to address development areasEnsuring obligations to legal, WH&S;, Fair Work,Food Safety, policies and procedures are coached and trained on,



then consistently met in the storesAssisting with the onboarding and training of recent Franchise PartnersPartnering with Franchise Partners to measure success and manage local area marketingSupporting the recruitment of in-store team members as requiredBuilding long lasting, supportive and skilled relationships with all stakeholders within the regionYou'll Need to SucceedTo be considered for this role you will need food and coffee retail experience and be passionate about coaching and developing.
You will be a driven and determined person that is looking to make their mark with this exciting brand and the ideal candidate will understand that their time will need to be flexible to foster the support required to the network.You will possess the following competencies and behaviours;Minimum of 1-3 years multi-site / franchising experienceA background in hospitality or food and beverage essentialThe ability to travel between stores within VictoriaProven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs and maximising profitStrong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast paced and demanding environmentAbility to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children CheckDay off on your birthdayClose knit team with a great workplace cultureFlexible working arrangementsTrialing fresh new products
