We're on the lookout for an energetic, relationship driven Sport & Community Engagement Coordinator (Full Time) to help us strengthen our ties across the Macarthur region while ensuring our community investment programs are delivered with integrity and impact.About The RoleThis isn't your typical job role, it's a role where you'll be out in the community, building connections and creating experiences while balancing the regulatory and compliance requirements.
You will play a key role in delivering on our community commitment by:Building strong relationships with sporting organisations and community groupsCoordinating community events, sponsorships and activationsManaging and supporting delivery of the ClubsGRANTS program in line with regulatory and compliance requirementsMaintaining accurate records,



reporting and governance documentationRepresenting Wests Group Macarthur at events and stakeholder engagementsAttending grassroots events and cheering from the sidelineCreating engaging communications around community initiativesWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who brings both energy and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment:Experience in community engagement, partnerships or stakeholder managementUnderstanding of ClubGRANTS or similar community funding programsStrong relationship management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, events and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong organisational, administrative and reporting skillsAbility to interpret guidelines, policies and compliance requirementsHigh level written and verbal communication skillsProactive, professional and community-minded approachAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience in Event coordinationProficient Microsoft Office skillsFlexibility to work wide-ranging hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredQualifications in Marketing/ Community Engagement or studying in relevant field would be advantageousFull driver's licence
