Help create a venue guests want to come back to.We're looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and knows how to get the best out of a team.Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, while helping shape the culture, standards and performance of the team.About the roleAs Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for helping lead all aspects of the venue, including:Leading and motivating a large front-of-house teamDelivering consistently high standards of service, food and presentationSupporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day operationsDriving sales, profitability and key venue KPIsManaging labour, rostering and team performanceTraining, coaching and developing supervisors and team membersMaintaining strong operational, safety and compliance standardsHandling guest feedback and resolving issues confidentlySupporting functions,
