With a strong focus on people, collaboration and continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to join a supportive People & Culture function where your contribution will have genuine impact.About the RoleWorking closely with managers and employees, you will provide practical first-level HR advice while supporting a range of People & Culture initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR systems and employee programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level People & Culture advice and support to managers and employeesSupport employee relations matters, including performance and workplace issuesProvide guidance on Awards, legislation, policies, procedures and HR processesManage end-to-end recruitment processes and assist with selection panelsSupport onboarding and employee exits across the employee lifecycleMaintain HR systems, employee records and people-related informationSupport learning and development initiatives, workshops and organisational programsAdminister employee programs including well-being,



reward and recognitionProvide support across workers compensation and other HR processesContribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and initiativesAbout YouPrevious experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture roleExperience providing HR advice across policies, processes, Awards and legislationExposure to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and performance managementStrong organisation, time management and prioritisation skillsA proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA cooperative and customer-focused approach to working with managers and employeesAt u&u; Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
