You'll be accountable for leading the pricing team and aligning pricing and margin objectives with the broader commercial strategy.
You will optimise revenue, margin and demand outcomes through data‐led pricing decisions, robust pricing leadership and close collaboration with Product, Yield, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
As a people leader, you will be required to build pricing capability, improve operating rhythms and lead the ongoing maturity of pricing tools, processes and decision‐support capability, including the effective use of AI where it improves speed, accuracy, insight quality and commercial outcomes.ABOUT YOUTertiary qualification in Business/Commerce8 + years' experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial performance within a complex commercial environment- ideally within the travel, hospitality, or tourism sectorsPrevious experience managing high performing teamsUnderstands commercial drivers, financial levers, customer demand,
