With an established operational footprint and a explicit strategic direction, the business has invested in its systems, processes and people to build a more efficient, data-driven finance environment.The RoleThis is a maternity leave role managing a team of 5 and report directly to the CFO.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing financial reporting cycles, including month-end, year-end and consolidated outputsEnsuring accuracy and integrity across the general ledger and balance sheetManaging audit processes and statutory reporting obligationsDriving improvements across financial controls, governance and compliance frameworksLeading budgeting,



forecasting and cashflow management activitiesPartnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight into business performanceLeading and developing the finance team, building capability and accountabilitySupporting the implementation of improved systems, automation and reporting toolsAbout youYou're a confident Finance Manager or Financial Controller who is taking ownership of both technical and commercial outcomes.
You enjoy building structure, improving processes and working closely with stakeholders to drive better financial understanding across the business.You will bring:CA or CPA qualificationPeople management skillsProven experience in a senior finance role with responsibility for reporting and controlsExperience managing audit and compliance requirementsCommercial mindset with the ability to partner with executive stakeholdersStrong leadership skills with experience developing teams
