With an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, they're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to take ownership of projects, mentor installers and help drive operational excellence.This is more than a toolbox role.
You'll be the go-to person on site, leading teams, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard, and providing technical guidance across a range of renewable energy projects.The RoleReporting directly into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for:Supervising electrical and installation teams across multiple projectsLeading the delivery of solar PV, battery storage and EV charging installationsEnsuring compliance with Australian Standards and industry regulationsConducting site inspections,
