The RoleReporting into the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the month-end process, support project financial reporting, manage the Fixed Asset Register, and provide leadership to the Finance Officer responsible for Accounts Payable.Perform detailed reconciliations across key accounts, reviewing FY-to-date transactions to identify and resolve allocation discrepanciesOversee AP function and provide guidance to a Finance Officer, ensuring accuracy and controlComplete balance sheet reconciliations and support P&L; variance analysisDeliver accurate and timely month-end close and management reportingPrepare and post journals including accruals, prepayments, allocations, and depreciationAssist with preparation of the monthly EOM reporting packSupport BAS/GST processing and payroll-related accounting requirementsExtract and analyse data from ERP systems and related sourcesEnsure project financials are accurate and reliable for forecasting purposesMaintain the Fixed Asset Register including additions, disposals,



and transfersProcess monthly depreciation journals and ensure capitalisation complianceSupport process improvements, automation, and operational efficienciesAbout YouYou are a technically capable accountant who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys supporting both finance and operational stakeholders.
