The successful candidate will join our team at our Crows Nest studio, contributing to the timely delivery of a wide variety of projects.Key Responsibilities:Measure up and photograph existing buildings for alterations and additionsPrepare sketch designs, elevations,



and 3D models for DA submissionsDevelop documentation drawings for tender and construction certificatesAttend client and consultant meetings as requiredAssist in the organisation and coordination of consultants as neededCollaborate with directors and senior staff on assigned projectsMust-Haves:Unrestricted working rights in Australia1-3 years of post-graduate experience in residential architectureProficiency in ArchiCAD Version 27 or later is a MUSTUnderstanding of various project stagesExcellent design and documentation skillsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in undertaking detailed measure-upsDemonstrated understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and applicable legislation (DBP Act, SEPP65, relevant LEPs, and DCPs)Perks:Learn directly from experienced directorsWork on a diverse range of projectsFull visibility over the project process from inception to deliveryLocation and Accessibility:Our studio is conveniently situated in Crows Nest, Lower North Shore, with easy access via public transport.
