Position OverviewWe are seeking a Service & Installation Technician to join our Best Doors team in Paget.
This hands-on, field based role is responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial garage and roller door systems throughout the region.Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the face of the business on customer sites, delivering exceptional service while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.What You Will DoInstall, service and repair garage and roller door systemsReplace motors and associated door componentsTravel daily to customer and project sites across the branch service areaComplete multiple installations and multiple service jobs each dayConduct site inspections, measurements and fault findingBuild strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service workComplete service reports and job documentation using a tablet-based systemEnsure all work complies with safety and quality standardsProvide support for emergency callouts when requiredWhat We RequireExperience using hand and power tools in a trade, installation or service environmentStrong commitment to workplace health and safety practicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently,
