We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Wagga Wagga.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you'll be doing
Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targetsLeading from the floor and setting the standard for customer serviceCoaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and teamRecruiting, onboarding and developing team membersManaging stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracyEnsuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standardsOverseeing rosters, store administration and data integrityMaintaining a protected, compliant and well-presented store environment
