The Union Hotel in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced cook to join an energetic, quick-paced kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef and team who are like a big family.
You will work across a busy commercial kitchen delivering quality and up-to-date, innovative food, with a robust emphasis on presentation and hygiene. The role involves approx. 38 hours per week and a rotating Mon-Sun roster.
