About the role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will:
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
Drive enrolments, occupancy and centre performance
Build strong relationships with families and the local community




Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Drive continuous improvement across the centre
Support and inspire educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children
Create a positive and inclusive centre culture
Work closely with senior leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals

About you

We are looking for a confident and passionate early childhood leader who has:
Previous Centre Director experience (2+ years)
Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for delivering quality outcomes for children and families
Commercial awareness and the ability to drive occupancy and centre performance
A genuine desire to progress your career within early childhood
