Enhancing service quality and standards within a framework of customer service and cost effectivenessKey ResponsibilitiesCommunicating across all functional groups within Property to ensure the smooth functioning of the teams and the mitigation of risks arising from lack of informationProvide lease and tenancy management services in accordance with agreed KPI's and Service LevelsProvide assistance in updating and training property documented procedures.Enhancing service quality and standards, and developing efficient service offerings in respect of lease managementEstablishing and maintaining master property register and lease/licence/tenancies management databaseOrganising and maintaining documents in the clients electronic filing systemProtecting sensitive property information and ensuring the team adheres to security, compliance, legislative requirementsProvide assistance to Property Coordinators with compiling information to process briefing notesManage Property enquiries via email / phone callsQualificationsCertificate Business Administration2 years' experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environmentAbility to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.DiversityWe embrace diversity in all its forms—backgrounds, ideas, work styles, and perspectives.
