The organisation has also recently appointed a current Chief Information Officer who is leading the development of a contemporary technology and transformation capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops to document current-state business processes and service delivery modelsFacilitate future-state design sessions with stakeholders across the businessDevelop high-quality BPMN process maps, swimlane diagrams and value stream artefactsIdentify process inefficiencies, risks, control gaps and improvement opportunitiesSupport end-to-end value stream mapping and redesign activitiesEstablish standards for process documentation, ownership and ongoing managementFacilitate workshops, working groups and design sessionsSupport business readiness, organisational change and transformation activitiesEnsure process outcomes transition effectively into future-state delivery streams and technology initiativesClient interviews are scheduled to commence from 11 September onwards.
