Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly organised Service Scheduler to support our Service team through effective scheduling, coordination and customer communication activities.
Working closely with Field Managers, technicians, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery and positive customer outcomes across a busy national operation.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining robust customer service standards.What You Will DoSchedule and coordinate service technicians and subcontractors across daily service activitiesManage customer communication including ETA updates, attendance notifications and scheduling changesPrioritise urgent, safety-related and customer-critical work ordersSupport Field Managers with administrative coordination and reporting activitiesMonitor work order progress and maintain accurate updates within service management systemsWhat We RequirePrevious experience in scheduling,
