and continuous improvementInvestigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with expert insightsCarry out ad hoc work such as remote logger replacements, obstruction clearance, investigations, Large meter pre validation's and other projects, as requiredPerform meter tests to assist billing processesYour skills and experienceFor this role, we are looking for great talent with:A WA Class C Driver's LicenceDemonstrated knowledge of field based operations as it relates to Metering Services and customer accounting practices and processes.Demonstrated customer orientation and service ethicYou're comfortable working independentlyYou'll be working independently, often outdoors in all weather conditions, and safety will always be your top priority.
