CBCity is seeking a Community Engagement Officer to provide a consistent point of contact for the community and stakeholders, driving prospects for input on projects that affect how people live, work and study.

The role involves designing engagement plans, supporting digital engagement portals, presenting to residents and groups, and collaborating across units to improve service delivery while maintaining high customer service standards. Weekend/evening work may be required.
