St John of God Horizon House provides secure, secure accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16 to 22 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Victoria. This permanent part time role is offered on a 4-month fixed-term contract, working 27 hours per fortnight across three sleepover shifts, typically Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
A strengths-based, trauma-informed approach guides all interactions.
