About the Role Wynnum Manly Leagues Club and Fielders Club are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual Catering, Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our hospitality teams. You will help create a warm, engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, effective service across our catering, bar and gaming areas
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Monitor and resolve minor gaming machine issues and escalate faults where required
Ensure all RSA, RSG and Liquor Licensing obligations are met
Maintain a high standard of customer experience at all times
Support Keno operations and customer enquiries
Assist with cash handling and reconciliation
Maintain a clean, protected and well-presented environment
About You
You will demonstrate
A strong understanding of RSA and RSG requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, TAB or Keno (desirable)
A customer-first attitude and collaborative team approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA and RSG certification
A practical, solution-focused approach when handling gaming floor issues
