Cafe Manager – BAKE’D Punchbowl

Full-Time | Punchbowl, NSW BAKE’D Sydney is looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our busy Punchbowl location.

We are seeking a strong hospitality leader who can manage day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team and maintain excellent standards across customer service, coffee and overall café operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
Prepare and manage staff rosters and labour costs
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Oversee coffee quality and barista standards
Manage stock, ordering, wastage and inventory
Ensure food safety, cleanliness and company procedures are followed
Manage customer feedback professionally
Monitor sales, labour and operational performance
Support the business in achieving sales and profitability targets

About You
Previous experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality management role




Solid leadership and people-management skills
Barista and specialty coffee experience highly regarded
Confident managing a high-volume breakfast and lunch operation
Strong understanding of rostering, labour costs and stock control
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, reliable and hands-on
Available to work weekends and public holidays
