weekly and monthly job bookings & allocations for field TechniciansCoordinating site visits across SEQ to maximise efficiency and workflowAssist with managing urgent and reactive job requestsLiaising with clients to confirm bookings and job detailsMonitoring technician availability, leave and workload capacityUpdating internal systems with accurate scheduling informationSupporting smooth communication between office staff, workshop and the field teamAssisting with customer service as requiredAssisting with general administrative coordination as requiredThis role is a critical operational function that keeps the business running smoothly.About YouPrevious experience in scheduling, service coordination or workforce planningStrong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing prioritiesConfident communicator who can manage client expectationsCalm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailComfortable using job management systems and Microsoft OfficeProactive, reliable and team-focusedExperience within trades, construction, maintenance, lifting or industrial services will be highly regarded — but not essential.Why Join Absolute Lifting & Safety?
