This role would suit a recent university graduate or someone early in their career and looking for a position that could grow over time.Key responsibilitiesResponsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and post sales support.Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string,



Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptionsEvaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basisPro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar industry especially dealing with product trouble shootingsStrong ability to analyse and solve problems independently.Reliable and self-motivatedThe ability to learn new technologies quicklyStrong Microsoft office skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment,A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitudeExcellent time management and organizational skills
