Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your shift and ensure the venue operates smoothlyLead, support and manage a team of ***** staff across busy service periodsOversee food and beverage service,



functions and events across the venueCoordinate staff and ensure the team is set up for successful serviceHandle customer issues and maintain high standards of service and presentationComplete late-night closes and ensure the venue is properly shut downWork closely with senior management to maintain strong operational standardsWhat do you need?
