The Doctors Hope Island is seeking a friendly, qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our general practice team on a casual basis.
About the role The position will involve general practice nursing duties including:
Immunisations and injections
Wound care and dressings
Chronic disease management support
Health assessments and care plans
ECGs and other clinical procedures
Infection control and sterilisation
Assisting GPs with minor procedures
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
General clinical support within a busy medical practice
About you We are looking for an RN who:
Holds current AHPRA registration
Has appropriate Australian working rights
Has excellent communication and patient-care skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Is reliable, organised and skilled
Has general practice experience (preferred but not essential)
Location: The Doctors Hope Island, Gold Coast QLD 4212
