We want you to feel part of something bigger, empowered to do the right thing and make a difference in every interaction.To do this successfully you will:Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.Investigating and resolving disputes.Managing your priorities to achieve SLAs.Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.Successful applications will demonstrate:Previous claims assessing experience in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation,
