Job DescriptionNational Clinical Coder / Health Information Manager-CasualAbout The RoleAn exciting opportunity exists to join our Health Information Services team in a Clinical Coding role.
As an experienced Clinical Coder, you'll be part of St Vincent's Health Australia's Private Division, with the unique opportunity to support coding across our 10 private hospitals nationally.This is a rewarding position during an exciting period of transformation, with the introduction of the Meditech EMR system on the horizon.About YouYou're a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Coder who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and is passionate about coding quality and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and promptly code patient separations using ICD-10-AM, ACHI, and Australian Coding StandardsLiaise with clinical and administrative staff to obtain necessary documentation for codingManage and prioritise your workload effectivelyParticipate in ongoing education, training, and quality improvement activitiesWhy Work for SVHA?
