This role involves working directly with clients, assessing mould situations, and executing secure, effective removal procedures using industry-leading equipment and techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough mould inspections and assessmentsExecute mould removal procedures following strict safety protocolsOperate specialized equipment including HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers,



and containment systemsDocument work progress and maintain detailed job recordsCommunicate with clients professionally and compassionatelyMaintain and clean equipment between jobsFollow all OH&S; guidelines and company proceduresParticipate in ongoing training and certification programsRequirementsPrevious experience in construction, cleaning, or remediation services preferredPhysical fitness and ability to work in various environments including confined spacesStrong attention to detail and safety protocolsExcellent communication skills for client interactionValid driver's license and reliable transportWillingness to learn specialized mould remediation techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSydney-based or willing to relocate
