The role focuses on maintaining gardens, lawns, paths and common areas to a high standard, supporting a welcoming setting for residents.Responsibilities include mowing, edging, weeding, planting, watering, hedge trimming, and regular cleaning of exterior features.
A valid manual C licence and a Construction White Card are required.
