The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customer types.
This is a hands-on role primarily based in our workshop but also assisting our mobile service technicians where required.As one of our Centre Technicians, you will be part of a team serving customers over the counter,



taking sales enquiries over the phone and providing the highest standard of customer service which we all pride ourselves on giving.
You will also be required to be a part of our on-call 24-hours after-hours service roster.Our role is best suited to applicants who reside in the Moorabbin area or are ready and willing to relocate.YouTo be considered for this position you can be any gender, age, ethnicity, size or shape but you must have:A mechanical backgroundPrevious hose assembly experience is not essential; however, you will ideally have:A trade certificate and / or previous experience within the Hydraulics industry being highly regardedA strong understanding of and a commitment to faultless customer serviceStrong verbal and written communication and numerical skillsOrganised and reliable, with a team player attitudeAn underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detailThe ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressureA readiness to uproot and relocate to Moorabbin
